This type of workout can be, most common among people as it is the easiest thing to do.

All one has to do is make sure that their heels come up to their chest on the spot. This can have a long duration of say 2 minutes. Then a break can be given.

They can repeat this again and again. One can combine it with other activities or make a competition out of it. The leg should reach the level of your shoulder. If that is not possible, make sure that it at least goes above your hip level. This can ensure effectiveness in doing it.

The knee can be raised as high as possible for an effective workout This can vary from person to person, based on their ability and requirement.

It is important to control your breathing when one does this form of workout. The more you are able to control your breathing, the greater the amount ne can do.

This can be done at home or anywhere else.
